Confirmation

At first your order will be checked, then you’ll receive a confirmation by email with a link to a page with your order (including information about payment).

Payment

When ordering with shipping, we ask for prepayment. The payment options are listed on the page of your order after the order has been confirmed:

• IBAN/BIC for Bank Transfer
• PayPal (different payment methods; even without a PayPal account).

If we won’t receive your payment within 14 days after confirmation, we will cancel your order.

In case of pick-up, you can pay on site in the fan shop in cash or by debit card.

Delivery

The confirmed products will be sent after receipt of payment as soon as possible. The delivery time is usually 2-7 working days from receipt of payment, for products with individual flocking 7-15 working days, with deliveries abroad, depending on the country of destination up to 8 weeks. You’ll be informed by email about the delivery.

In case of pick-up, your order will kept ready in our store/office at Mommsen Stadium for 14 days and can be purchased on every home game of the 1st Men’s team or by appointment (Email: shop@tebe.de).
